Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the ReGenX Lifetime DPF Guarantee, customers must:

  1. Initial Cleaning: Have their DPF cleaned using the ReGenX cleaning method at a licensed dealer or repair partner.
  1. Ongoing Maintenance: Commit to ongoing maintenance by having their DPF cleaned with the ReGenX cleaning method every 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, at an authorized ReGenX service center.
  1. Vehicle Registration: Register their vehicle and warranty on the DPF-R website within 30 days of their initial cleaning.

Failure to meet these requirements will void the warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Covered Component:
    This warranty covers the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) installed on the registered vehicle.
  1. Lifetime Coverage:
    The warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the vehicle’s ownership by the original registrant, provided that all maintenance requirements are met.
  1. Replacement Coverage:
    If the DPF fails despite proper maintenance as outlined in this warranty, DPF-R will replace the DPF with an equivalent unit. Labor costs associated with replacement are not included in this warranty.
  1. ReGenX Maintenance Schedule:
  • A ReGenX cleaning must be performed every 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • DPF Maintenance must be completed by an authorized ReGenX service provider.
  1. General Vehicle Maintenance:
  • The ReGenX warranty is contingent upon the proper maintenance of the vehicle, including adherence to all manufacturer-recommended service intervals and timely completion of necessary repairs. Failure to maintain the vehicle as outlined may void warranty coverage.
  1. Registration Requirements:
    Customers must register their vehicle and warranty online at [website link] within 30 days of the initial cleaning. The registration process includes:
  • Providing vehicle details (make, model, VIN, mileage).
  • Proof of initial ReGenX cleaning.
  • Agreement to the terms and conditions.
  1. Transferability:
    The ReGenX Lifetime DPF Guarantee is transferable but must be re-registered with in 30 days of sale.  
  1. Exclusions:
    This warranty does not cover:
  • DPFs damaged due to accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Repairs resulting from tampering, unauthorized modifications, or the use of non-compliant fuels.
  • DPFs on vehicles not serviced according to the outlined maintenance schedule.
  • Damage caused by other vehicle systems or components that were not repaired or maintained properly.
  1. Warranty Claim Process:
    To file a warranty claim, the customer must:
  • Contact DPF-R or the authorized service provider where the last maintenance was performed.
  • Provide proof of compliance with the maintenance schedule, including service records for each ReGenX cleaning.
  • Allow DPF-R or its partners to inspect the failed DPF to confirm eligibility under the warranty.
  1. Termination of Warranty:
    This warranty will be voided if:
  • The required ReGenX cleanings are not completed on time.
  • The DPF is replaced with a unit not authorized by DPF-R.

Limitations of Liability DPF-R's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the Diesel Particulate Filter as specified herein. Under no circumstances shall DPF-R be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, towing costs, or downtime.
